Ipad 2 Contest Rules
WWW.MUSICALOVERTURE.COM is pleased to announce a drawing for a brand new Apple iPad 2.
Simply create an account with www.musicaloverture.com and upload a video of your talents and your name will be entered into our drawing.
Eligibility
Contest entrants must be at least 13 years old as of September 1, 2011, or have parental consent in accordance with article 12 of the Musical Overture Terms of Use http://www.musicaloverture.com/site/terms. This contest is sponsored by Musical Overture, LLC, 957 Maple St., Carrollton, Georgia, 30117. Employees, board members, and advisory committee members of Musical Overture, LLC, and their respective immediate family and household members are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
Entry Period
The contest period for the www.musicaloverture.com iPad Drawing begins at 12:01am on September 28, 2011, and ends after the 200th member posts a video.
How to Enter
No purchase or contribution is necessary. Entrants must create an account on www.musicaloverture.com and upload a video, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions stated on the site, www.musicaloverture.com
All eligible persons who create and account and upload a video during the Entry Period are automatically entered to win.
Prizes
One (1) Apple iPad 2. Approximate retail value is $500.
The value of each prize is determined by prize vendor's suggested retail price or by what the prize is currently known to be selling for at the time the offer was published, and is subject to change. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. All taxes on any prize, including but not limited to federal, state, and local income and sales taxes, and any expense not covered herein (including but not limited to expenses related to the use of any prize) are the responsibility of the winner.
Selection and Announcement of Winner
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The prize drawing will be conducted by Musical Overture, LLC. The winner will be required to sign and execute a Winner’s Release and Certificate of Compliance and where legal, a Publicity Release, within 14 days of notification attempt. Failure to return the affidavit in the time noted will result in disqualification of the winner(s) and an alternate winner(s) will be selected. If the winner cannot be reached by phone or email in a timely fashion on the day of the drawing, or if the winner declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning are one (1) in two hundred (200).
Limit of Entry
Entrants will only be entered one time, regardless of how many videos are submitted.
Other Important Points
By entering, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Contest Rules. Musical Overture, LLC. shall have the final decision on any and all claims concerning this contest and reserves the right to disqualify any contestant if these Contest Rules are not followed. Also, entrants release Musical Overture, LLC, and its employees, officers, trustees, and agents from any liability, including personal injury or property damage, with respect or related to the receipt or use of any prize awarded. Musical Overture, LLC. makes no, and disclaims all, warranties, guarantees or representations, express or implied, concerning the condition, quality, merchantability, of any prize.
